During that time, Brad has represented many of the largest and most renowned landlords, tenants, investors, buyers and sellers on a local/national basis. He has a thorough knowledge of all aspects of Commercial lease and sale transactions including portfolio/lease analysis, submarket market/economic factors, contract review/negotiation, architectural/space planning, tenant improvement/construction processes, property management services, comparative economic lease analysis, and cash flow/investment analysis. Tenants that Brad has represented include Health Net, Viacom International, Comcast Entertainment Group, CBS/Paramount Studios, Warner Bros. Studios, Disney Studios, Dreamwork Studios, Ryan Seacrest Productions and the Shari Lansing Foundation.
He has also represented many owners with their real estate assets in key Southern California submarkets. With regard to residential real estate, Brad is a licensed CA Realtor and has negotiated numerous advantageous buy/sell transactions and has successfully developed and/or redeveloped high-end residential properties in the Beach Cities and Desert communities. He received his bachelor’ degree in Psychology, with a minor in Business Administration from UCLA. Brad is also passionate about helping children and is able to make an impact in his capacity as a Board Trustee and Gala Chair for The Luskin/UCLA Orthopaedic Institute for Children located in DTLA and Santa Monica, CA.
